Sandy Wilson has over 12 years extensive experience in Cape Town property rentals and the home care industry. Sandy commenced her career in the industry as the Cape Town agent for a UK-based holiday letting company.  She then went on to become a partner in a property management company.  Later Sandy employed her vast knowledge at Corporate Relocations, the largest relocation company in South Africa, where she worked as a consultant responsible for sourcing vital housing information, temporary and permanent accommodation, as well as suitable schools for expatriates relocating to Cape Town.

James Thorburn was born and raised in Cape Town.  As a native Capetonian he has extensive knowledge of the area. His keen acumen for the property industry was cultivated whilst living in London where he spent five years researching and engaging in property projects and investments. His local knowledge and expertise in property development and property management contributes enormously to Cape Realty International (CRI)’s exceptional professionalism and renowned service.  James currently manages a variety of property restoration and refurbishment projects.
