TOP FLOOR: Main bedroom en-suite offering a king-size bed and opens out onto a balcony and patio with stunning views of Lions Head Mountain and across the City Bowl to the Ocean. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower and double basins and opens out onto a little garden area. MIDDLE FLOOR: This floor is the living area of the house and offers the dining, lounge and kitchen areas. The dining area seats 8 and the lounge has a TV and fireplace.
